During his 35-year career with Hewlett-Packard (HP Inc), Bob spent the last 20 years in Product Research and Development in various management and technical roles. During 16 years of that time, he utilized the principles and methods of Lean Development in the delivery of nearly a dozen areas of work within product programs, process development, and technical asset development. Bob considers himself an engineer first and a manager second. In addition, Bob has 15 years of experience in the areas of manufacturing development, factory support, factory operational management, and worldwide manufacturing leadership. He has over 20 years of experience working with international partners. Bob has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by the American Society of Quality. Bob has a certification in Lean Product Development  from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Scrum Master. He has taught Lean Development methods in multiple venues including Lean Product and Process Development Exchange (LPPDE) Virtual Summits. As of January 2022, Bob is serving on the board of LPPDE.

Alissa R. Stavig, MD
Billings, MT

Alissa graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with an AB in anthropology and physics. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the Duke University School of Medicine in 2017. She graduated in June 2022 from a combined five-year residency program in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at the Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, NC. Alissa's training includes clinical experiences in inpatient and outpatient settings in both disciplines. as well as educational experiences in advocacy, interdisciplinary and integrated healthcare, quality improvement, and medical education. During her residency training, she experienced the benefit of developing clinical and leadership skills through a system with graduated responsibility which included leading clinical teams of medical students and first-year residents. Alissa's background in anthropology and physics in combination with her clinical experience throughout medical school and residency have shaped her passion for understanding the individual within their broader social, historical, and cultural contexts.
